“How much do you charge?” we hear you ask.

  • Do you have an order minimum?

    Yes! You’ll need to minimum order of 15 garments to make it worth your while (and ours!). This could be spread out between 5 tees, 10 jumpers etc., just as long as it’s the same design.

  • What file type do I need to send The Print Parlour?

    Ideally, a high-quality PDF/PNG or AI file. Otherwise, shoot us your entire logo package from your graphic designer (this is usually a Dropbox link).

  • How long will my order take?

    It takes up to 20 business days for your order to be completed, however often your order can be completed if your order is urgent as extra fees may apply.

  • Why don't you offer digital printing?

    We’re big believers in doing it old-school. Also, we love custom mixing our inks and putting a whole lotta love into your prints!

  • How much do you charge?

    This completely depends on what you’re ordering! We factor in how many colours are in your print, where the print is being placed (i.e. pocket print, back print) and what brand of garments we’re printing on. Get in touch for a quote and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

  • What garments/apparel do you use?

    Our main squeeze is AS Colour! They’re excellent quality and very popular, but we also offer Gildan Brands, AlStyle, and Ramo, too.

  • How does screen printing work?

    Screen printing goes way back, like way back to 1907. There’s a whole lot of technical stuff involved but in a nutshell, we custom cut a screen in the shape of your design and apply ink to the garment. Swing past and watch it sometime!

  • Can I pay for my order in instalments?

    Yep! We require a 50% upfront payment on all order, with a 50% payment upon completion.
